Return Policy

Items that we sell on our web store have a 30 day, return/exchange guarantee, from the purchase date noted on your receipt. If you should have a concern about your purchase, we would like to hear from you. Please give us a call at, 800-635-1742, Mon.- Fri., 8am- 5pm EST, so we may know how best to address your concern. Please note, shipping & handling charge is non-refundable.

Shipping

GLSHS Web Store and Museum Store ships to the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. No International Shipping.
We have a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $6.95 for most items, via USPS or UPS. Maritime Artwork, heavy weight items and location will have a custom shipping amount, in which, the customer will be notified, by phone or email, of an updated shipping and handling cost before their credit card is charged. We can only accept billing/shipping addresses with a United States zip code. No International Shipping.
We do our best to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. In most cases you will receive your order within 5-7 business days, depending on delivery provider. If you should have any questions about your order, please give us a call at, 800-635-1742, Mon.- Fri., 8am-5pm, EST.

Credit Card Processing

GLSHS online web store processes credit cards manually, once the order has been reviewed and determined to be accurate. GLSHS Membership discounts are applied manually at time of processing.
