Group Visits

The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, a National Historic Site, welcomes over 250 group tours seasonally. Motorcoach tour operators, schools, bicycle clubs, vintage auto rallies and groups of all kinds make Whitefish Point a stop on their Eastern Upper Peninsula itineraries. Located just 1.5 hours northwest of the Mackinac Bridge, and 30 minutes away from Tahquamenon Falls, the Shipwreck Museum is both ruggedly remote, yet easy to reach. A barrier free boardwalk allows museum visitors to view Lake Superior, while (free) designated motorcoach parking is close to the museum for easy drop-off and pick-up of passengers.

  • $11.00 Adults; $8.50 Youth 6- 17 (Children under 5 are Free).
  • Includes 2 comps for motorcoach/bus driver and group leader/guide.
